One of our routers in DC07, C19 has stopped sending telemetry information, which is not service affecting, but does need correcting in order for us to maintain our high standards of proactive monitoring.
We have been recommended by the vendor to restart the device, this will affect customers in Poole, Parkstone, Swanage and surrounding areas. This will cause a brief outage of around 10 mins during the works window.

We apologise if you are impacted by these works.

Once the works window is complete if you have no internet access, please power off, and then power on your router. Please do not press the 'reset' button.
