Access Network LNS Maintenance - DC03 Telehouse Dec 3, 2024 21:00 - Dec 4, 2024 00:00 GMT
During this window we'll be performing security updates and maintenance to customer termination nodes in DC03 Telehouse. No impact is expected however we are carrying the work out during this maintenance window as a precaution and to ensure network stability.

CityFibre Bournemouth Network Upgrades Jan 9, 2025 00:00-06:00 GMT
CityFibre will be updating network infrastructure during this window. Select CityFibre Bournemouth connected customers impacted only.

CityFibre - "This is service affecting work; we expect services to remain available for the duration of the maintenance window except for a 5–10-minute window as upgraded cards are rebooted.

If you do experience any issues after the maintenance window, please ensure you reboot your devices."

Please do not press the router reset button.

Scheduled - We will be undertaking maintenance on the Purbecks repeaters affecting Church Knowle, Kingston and surrounding areas to upgrade the network. This will require some interruption to service during the works window for up to an hour. We apologise if you are impacted by these works.

Scheduled - DC06 Datacenter will undergo a full load generator test on the below date.
This will involve simulation of a power failure to the site.
There will be no planned service impact, this is an advisory note, as there will be reduced resilience whilst the maintenance is being carried out.
Power will remain unaffected to customer racks, but with reduced resiliency during the maintenance period.
In the unlikely event of a utility failure during the testing period, the load will already be on the generators and would be returned to mains service at the earliest opportunity.

Resolved - Power has been restored, and no loss of service occured.

Investigating - Utility power was lost to the Kimmeridge tower earlier this afternoon. This location is currently running on backup power. SSE are aware of the issue and have an engineer en route. Services in Kimmeridge and the surrounding areas should be considered at risk of interruption.
