Our supplier located the damage earlier today, but it could only be accessed out of hours. They've now been able to perform the repair, and the failed link is back up again, this incident is resolved.

We have a link down between DC03 <> DC04, the supplier is aware and repairs under way. This is not causing any operational issues, as there is a backup path however there is a reduction in resilience while this link is out of service.
