The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

The switch issue in DC06 has been resolved.
In the meantime the impact from removing the redundant pop from the network has caused bigger problems than expected, particularly for customers in Bournemouth Area. We are working through these now and hope to resolve shortly. Apologies if you are affected.

During these works a problem has been encountered with a switch in DC06. this is being worked on now, but may mean some services in DC06 will be down for a short period, mainly circuits which terminate there.

We will be removing a redundant pop from the network.

No impact is expected however there is a slight chance of a reconvergence which may cause intermittent website access and pages to load more slowly than usual, hence we are carrying the work out during this maintenance window as a precaution and to ensure network stability.
