Scheduled - Our engineers will be performing a radio replacement on the Purbecks site during this works window.
As they need to climb the mast to do this, it needs to take place during daylight hours. Actual down time should be less than 1 hour during the works window and services at risk for the full time window.

This will affect customers connected to the 106 sector covering Kingston, Harman's Cross, Woolgarston and surrounding areas.

We apologise if you are impacted by these necessary works. If, once the work has completed you have no internet access, please power off and then power on your router. Please do not press the reset button.

Scheduled - DC06 Datacenter will undergo a full load generator test on the below date.
This will involve simulation of a power failure to the site.
There will be no planned service impact, this is an advisory note, as there will be reduced resilience whilst the maintenance is being carried out.
Power will remain unaffected to customer racks, but with reduced resiliency during the maintenance period.
In the unlikely event of a utility failure during the testing period, the load will already be on generator power and would be returned to mains service at the earliest opportunity.
